Welcome to your 10-minute yoga flow for relaxation and flexibility. Let's begin our journey towards a calmer mind and a more flexible body.

Start in a comfortable seated position, close your eyes and take a deep breath in. Exhale and let go of any tension in your body.

3.

Inhale, reach your arms up towards the sky. Exhale, fold forward and reach for your toes. Feel the stretch in your hamstrings and lower back.

4.

Inhale, come back up and bring your hands to your heart center. Exhale, twist to the right and place your left hand on your right knee.

5.

Inhale, lengthen your spine. Exhale, twist a little deeper. Feel the release of any tension in your spine and shoulders.

6.

Inhale, come back to center. Exhale, twist to the left. Place your right hand on your left knee and repeat the same sequence.

7.

Inhale, come back to center and extend your legs in front of you. Exhale, fold forward and reach for your toes. Feel the stretch in your hamstrings.

8.

Inhale, come back up and bring your right foot to the inside of your left thigh. Exhale, fold forward and reach for your left foot.

9.

Inhale, come back up and switch legs. Bring your left foot to the inside of your right thigh. Exhale, fold forward and reach for your right foot.

10.

Inhale, come back up and lie down on your back. Exhale, bring your knees to your chest and give yourself a hug. Feel the release of any tension in your lower back.
