As you continue to breathe, imagine a bright light filling your body with positive energy. Let it flow through you, releasing any negativity.

Next, visualize a peaceful place in your mind. It could be a beach, a forest, or anywhere that brings you calmness. Stay here for a few breaths.

Now, bring your focus back to your breath. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, and exhale for 4 counts. Repeat this cycle for a few minutes.

As you continue to breathe, repeat a positive affirmation to yourself. For example, "I am calm and in control of my thoughts and emotions."
